  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Aluminum foil

  • Aluminum foil sheets
  • Baking sheet or grill or frying pan

 

 

Directions:

 

Step 1: Preheat Oven/Grill.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.

Step 2: Prepare the Foil Packs.
Cut 4 large pieces of aluminum foil (about 12x12 inches each). Lay them out on a flat surface.

Step 3: Mix Ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, broccoli, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until everything is well coated.

Step 4: Assemble the Packs.
Divide the shrimp and broccoli mixture evenly among the foil pieces. Fold the edges of the foil over the mixture to create a sealed packet.

Step 5: Cook.
Place the foil packs on a baking sheet (if using the oven) or directly on the grill. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque, and the broccoli is tender.

Step 6: Serve.
Carefully open the foil packs (watch out for steam) and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
