We are pleased to offer a limited warranty (the “warranty”) on all Chef Power Cookware to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”).

Coverage

Chef Power warrants to repair or replace, at its discretion, any product manufactured by Chef Power and purchased directly from Chef Power or its authorized retailers if it is found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal non-professional use, and following instructions for care, for a period of one-year from the date of purchase.

Claim Process

Should your product require warranty service, please contact us at ichefpower@hotmail.com for a warranty evaluation. Upon approval of your claim, Chef Power will repair or replace the item without charge. Please return the product properly packaged and postage prepaid, along with your proof of purchase, name, address, telephone number, and a description of the claimed defect.

Replacement

If the replacement product is no longer available, one of equal or greater retail value will be provided. Replacement products may be offered in a color different from the originally purchased product.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Abuse, commercial use, or other non-consumer use Neglect, abnormal wear or tear, overheating, or any use not in accordance with the product instructions. 
• Cosmetic damage or changes in appearance that do not impair functionality.
• Damage due to improper storage or accidents caused by natural occurrences.
• Commercial, professional, or workplace use.
• Damage to glass or porcelain components.
• Damage from thermal shocks, drops, improper use, or unauthorized modifications.
• Non-stick deterioration, discoloration, warping, or metal separation.
• Damage caused by abrasive cleaners, bleach, or similar products Replacement of non-defective components in the product. 

Repair Process

Chef Power reserves the right to utilize comparable reconditioned, refurbished, repaired, or re-manufactured products or parts in the warranty repair or replacement process. Such products and parts will be comparable in function and performance to an original product or part and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permissible by applicable law, Chef Power's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event will Chef Power or its suppliers be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Chef Power’s total liability will not exceed the purchase price paid by the consumer for the product(s) at issue. Any oral or written description of a product is for identification purposes only and shall not be construed as an express warranty.

Legal Rights:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Chef Power and purchased directly from Chef Power or its authorized sellers. Unauthorized sellers are not covered under this warranty.
