- You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date for online purchases or the date of purchase for in-store purchases at an Chef Power retail location. - To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure you have the original order number. Your item must be securely shipped back to our facility or returned to one of our retail stores. Please note that any items requested to be shipped back but not returned will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- To begin the return or exchange process for items you wish to ship back, please contact our Customer Service team at ichefpower@hotmail.com. Each item must be returned in its original box with its own return label for a full refund to be processed.
- For in-store purchases made with cash, returns must be made at a retail location.
- During "gift with purchase" promotions, all items, including the gifted product, must be returned for a full refund. Alternatively, if you wish to keep the gifted item, we will adjust the refund amount accordingly.
- For items purchased from a partner or third party, Chef Power is unable to facilitate refunds, replacements, or assist with returns. Please refer to the partner's terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.
- Please note that items marked as final sale or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returns and exchanges are only accepted in the country of purchase.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued once we receive your returned item(s). You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
- Please be aware that damaged items upon receipt are not eligible for a refund. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the transaction.
- For gifted products, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit for the purchased amount. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
- We do not offer refunds for shipping fees. Only the cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded if your order did not qualify for free shipping. Please ensure all returns are shipped in a box, and we recommend retaining your original packaging.
