We stand behind our products and want you to love every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order and wish to return or exchange any part of your purchase, we're here to assist you.
Return Requirements
- Returns and exchanges are only supported in the country of purchase.
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, less payment charges. These fees are deducted by your card-issuing bank.
- Products must be returned unused and in the original packaging in order to receive a full refund, less processing and handling charges. If a product is found to be used from our inspection team, 40% of product cost will be withheld from the refund.
- The return shipping cost for unwanted purchases is the responsibility of the consumer.
- The shipping cost at time of purchase will not be refunded.
- We do not charge any additional restocking fees.
How to Return
1. Contact us by email at hello@ichefpower.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Product details
2. Securely repackage items with original packaging/materials.
3. Email us your tracking number immediately after shipping.
4. We’ll inspect items upon arrival (unused/undamaged condition required).
5. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Allow additional processing time based on your financial institution (typically 3-5 business days).
