We deliver to all other U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
We do not ship to:
- States/Territories: PR (Puerto Rico), VI (U.S. Virgin Islands), GU (Guam), AS (American Samoa), MP (Northern Mariana Islands) etc.
- Military Addresses: AE, AP, AA (APO/FPO/DPO).
- P.O. Boxes (anywhere).

Duties & Taxes
Chef Power includes all duties and taxes in your order total at checkout. You won't be charged any additional import fees after placing your Chef Power order.
Shipping Rates
The standard flat rate for shipping within the U.S. is $5.99. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more to the continental U.S.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time we receive them. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment. Your order will be shipped from our warehouse in California on the west coast or in New York on the east coast, depending on product availability and shipping location. Please allow additional processing time during weekends and holidays, and note that remote areas may require longer shipping times.
Shipping Protection
You may choose to add shipping protection at checkout; this fee is non-refundable. Please refer to the following guidelines:
- Lost Packages: Claims for packages lost in transit must be filed within 7 to 28 days after the last shipping update.
- Stolen Packages: Claims for packages marked as delivered must be filed within 5 to 28 days after the order is marked as delivered.
- Damaged Packages: Claims must include photos of the damaged package and items, and must be submitted no later than 21 days after the order is marked as delivered.

Order Tracking
To easily check the status of your order, we provide tracking number and tracking links via email or message. Alternatively, you can log into your account to track your order directly. Visit 17track, enter your tracking number, and select the correct carrier to view your shipping progress.

We ship via UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
Multiple Item Orders
In some cases, your order may contain multiple items. To expedite delivery, Chef Power may ship from multiple distribution centers. You may receive multiple packages, but rest assured, there will be no additional shipping charges. While you may see more than one shipping charge on your credit card statement, the total will not exceed the shipping amount calculated on your receipt.
