Finally pulled the trigger on this and I get the hype now. Made a no-knead bread that came out with a perfect crust. The size is ideal for my family's soups and roasts. It's heavy, sure, but that's how you know it's quality. Beautiful on my stove too.

I was pleasantly surprised how heavy and beautiful it was. It’s actually bigger, heavier and brighter in color than it does in the pictures. I think it’ll definitely come in handy in fall and winter.

I used to make pot roast in a slow cooker but it always dried out. This Dutch oven changed everything. The cast iron holds heat perfectly and the sealed lid keeps everything juicy. My roast came out incredibly tender. This is the only way to do it.

Upgraded to this 6qt Dutch oven and the difference is incredible. The cast iron heats so evenly, no more hot spots in my stews. The white enamel is gorgeous and the interior is slick enough that nothing sticks, even when I'm browning meat. It's a dream to clean.
